If your child needs to take medications at school, a parent or guardian needs to come to the office, during normal business hours (8a-430p) to sign a medication administration form. Clear Lake staff can only accept medications in their original packaging.
Attached is our emergency closure form. Please print, complete and return to school as soon as possible.
School grounds are closed from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
If you need to check your child out early make sure to call the office before 3:00 p.m. , there is no early check-outs after 3:00 p.m.
