Book Character Day/Harvest Party
Wednesday, October 31st will be Book Character Day. This is an optional activity and is a chance for students to dress up like their favorite book character. Students must bring their book to participate.
NO MASKS, SCARY COSTUMES, BLOOD OR COSTUME ACCESSORIES (I.E. WEAPONS, ETC), JUST YOUR BOOK AND YOUR COSTUME.
What book character costume could you help your child create? It does not have to cost money. There are lots of ideas online if you need help with character costume creation. If you need a book or some ideas, you can also talk with your classroom teacher or Mrs. Rushton in the library. Please make sure to check out a book by your check out date this week through October 30th. If you have a book at home, you are more than welcome to bring in that book.
Harvest Parties are done in the classroom. Your child’s classroom teacher will provide more information.
